Fixed #326 blogbot task 개선하기. #327

change setInterval to setTimeout for starting task on app.js

use async module for sequencial function call in blogBot.js async모듈을 사용하여 함수들은 순차적으로 동작하게 만듬.

lower loglevel to prevent multi notification at error event error발생에 중복 알림을 해결하기 위해 blogbot의 loglevel을 warn으로 수정함.
