Polish translation #181

I noticed that there isnt a polish translation, so I can do this! My friend would love to use this app, but dont understand English, but I do, so I would love to help and make polish translation

Hi, sure just create a copy of THIS file and follow the instructions in the README

Hej, przepraszam, że przeszkadzam. Czy mogę się z Tobą skontaktować na Discordzie (lub innej wybranej przez Ciebie platformie) w tej sprawie? W przypadku, gdy Discord jest dla Ciebie ok, możesz mnie dodać: Nelexes#1860 Pozdrawiam
