There are two approaches available here:

wait for segelf support to be added to NASM: https://bugzilla.nasm.us/show_bug.cgi?id=3392533
write an OMF -> segelf object converter - this would also allow supporting other OMF-compatible assemblers and compilers, such as MASM/TASM.
