Implementation details

Change CSS values to var & unify sidebar values for each type of sidebar: settings, logs, blueprints

Testing Instructions (or ideally a Blueprint)

Just open settings sidebar. You can also check blueprint gallery and logs. Check RWD.

@ajotka I adjusted the title to make it more clear what the PR does.

We are trying to maintain clear PR titles and descriptions, to help us understand why we did things in the future, and as a bonus, we get documentation for free.
