tags (cf. semver)
develop-XXX

Not needed:

main
develop

Tag génération is made by: https://github.com/WorldCereal/ewoc_s1_processor/blob/6547c342e6c5a271356a114c47015371280b7e3a/.github/workflows/docker.yml#L39

Limit to:

            type=ref,suffix=-{{sha}},event=branch
            type=semver,pattern={{version}}
