This reverts commit 2fc206bcf16c3edc91789dccb4f1f8f0f7ffe005, reversing changes made to 56c040498bfef65ea31287250b12aafea3c8f1a0.

@costateixeira i think you reverted a bit more than you intended to. can we review wiith @ritikarawlani? for example, we lost a bunch of the trust domain pages.

I know I made a commit to the wrong repo, and I thought I reverted the changes, but perhaps i 've overwritten things. the branch https://github.com/WorldHealthOrganization/smart-ig-empty/tree/before-updates has the reversion of my last 3 commits. (sorry for messing it up)
