As a {digital scholarship librarian}, I want {to have documentation for linking data from existing digital gazetteers} so that {I can connect faculty gazetteers at my university with the WHG}.

thanks - I just reopened issues I was using as placeholders for user stories; things are progressing reasonably well, but not near what I'd call now the 'documenting the pipeline(s)' stage.
