We need to nail down where in the process we want this logging to occur. We also need to know exactly what we want to log.
We may want to add a "Begin encounter" widget (button) that logs the encounter's beginning when the patient is added, pinned or treated. If this is implicit during the addition of an immunization record, or prompted for if not implicit, then editing the patient record could be used as a starting point.
However, if data entry is not done during the interaction with the patient, and rather, is performed by personnel later in batch entry, the immunization's administered date could be used to infer the encounter, but additional metadata might be unavailable.
AS A Field User I WANT TO have a record of Patients seen or treated SO THAT each Patient's treatment history is up-to-date, and team activity can be reported and reviewed.
