This PR implements data providers for WTHIT and The One Probe that show the fake block state. This is how the 1.12 version of the mod used to work.
When true vision goggles are worn, the true block state (e.g. "Secret Chest") will be shown.
This fixes #45.
Gradle is also updated to use the newest version of Forge (36.2.28).
