[Improvement] Highlight the toggle when option is enabled #1061

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

"Buy more gas for transactions" option is not highlighted when it is enabled.

Expected Behavior

"Buy more gas for transactions" option is highlighted when it is enabled.

Issue is not reproducible on wormhole-connect-mainnet (Connect v2).

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Open https://preview.portalbridge.com/0af992dedf/
  2. Prepare to send 0.1 GLMR from Moonbeam (MetaMask) to Celo (MetaMask)
  3. Select "Automatic route" option
  4. Click on "Review transaction" button
  5. Enable / Disable toggle and check if option is highlighted

Environment

- OS: macOS Sonoma 14.5 
- Wallet: MetaMask
- Browser: Google Chrome Version 128.0.6613.120 (Official Build) (arm64)
