[bug] Missing Automatic route for USDC Transfers on .../usdc-bridge/

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

There is no automatic route provided for transferring USDC tokens between networks, only manual route is available regardless of the entered amount.

Expected Behavior

An automatic route should be available for transferring USDC tokens between networks, and transactions should successfully go through this route.

Steps To Reproduce

Open https://preview.portalbridge.com/0af992dedf/
Select USDC tab on the left side of the page
Prepare to send 3 USDC from Base to Arbitrum

Environment

- OS: macOS Sonoma 14.6.1
- Wallet: MetaMask
- Browser: Google Chrome Version 128.0.6613.120 (Official Build) (x86_64)

Issue has been fixed, an automatic route is now available for transferring USDC tokens between networks, and transactions are successfully processing.
