tv_grab_il is not showing up as a valid command #243

What happened?

$>xmltv.exe tv_grab_il --configure Timezone is -0400 tv_grab_il is not a valid command.

What did you expect to happen?

configure grabbing from the IL site

The grabber was removed in September. It broke due to site changes. See issue #107
