Dependency conflicts while installing via Command Prompt #736

Python version: 3.10.10 Strawberry Fields version: 0.23.0 Operating System: Windows 11 Home System Language 22H2

Issue: It is throwing an error while installing the package through "pip install strawberryfields --upgrade" command in the command prompt.

In the meantime, you can use Strawberry Fields on Xanadu Cloud. We have hosted Jupyter notebooks with Strawberry Fields pre-installed.
