Allow modifications for standard rolls #45

Currently standard rolls cannot be modified as standard rolls must meet an exact string. This shouldn't be the case.

So

III+2 should be 2@3d20+2 and so on.

I changed III+ to III' by that distinction between III' and III+1 is easier
