Update README for figma token integration with github #19

We are integrating figma tokens (TL;DR: [Figma tokens](https://tokens.studio/ are named entities for fixed values of UI components) to directly sync tokens to github. Not many people understand how it works so it will be best to write a short intro and add documentation to readme.
