General Goals for April's Code

[ ] Commit twice a week
[ ] Achieve the goals listed for General, Config and Beets

General

[x] Add in general configuration options
[x] Combine @KogAtlas 's linux work into master, then patch up to xello-dev
[x] Document. Document. Document.

Beets

[ ] Sort out database Quering, you need this bread n' butter!
[ ] Connected user added local (to server) files into the database
[ ] Connected user uploaded files to server
[ ] Allow user to play songs from the database (multi-prong thing)

Config (will edit in later)

[ ] General Beets config

linux branch is behind master by three comits, unless @KogAtlas has something that desperately needs to be kept from it, deleting branch.
