This pull request includes:

rename update update_partition_status_on_remote_storage into update_partition_info_on_remote_storage
rename update_partition_status_on_remote_storage_reply into update_partition_info_on_remote_storage_reply

Such refactor will support feature avoid unecessary repeated ingestion.
