a question about runHiC filter #17

Hi, XiaoTaoWang： Thanks for the useful tool. I have a question about runHiC filtering. When I run this command: runHiC filtering --pairFolder pairs-hg38/ --logFile runHiC-filtering.log --nproc 10, the server's CPU is fully occupied, and most processes are in state 'S'. Could you please advise to help me improve this situation? e8fd189711a48fdb4185759a9ccd3c0
