Show current battery level for the vive wireless adapter #216

Feature Description: Add a section on the overlay's wrist display (Before the controllers potentially) that would show the current battery level of the headset if a vive wireless adapter is present.

A system like this doesnt need to be exclusive to vive's wireless solution, but to my knowledge there is no way of getting the charge level of an oculus headset through airlink

The Quest supports that feature via ALVR, actually. OVRToolkit supports that already.
