Don't we need to build the DEB?
Don't we need to build the DEB?
Taking the latest artefact from Jenkins, that doesn't appear to be the case:
$ unzip tcpdirect-9.0.0.9-deb-doxbox.zip
Archive: tcpdirect-9.0.0.9-deb-doxbox.zip
inflating: tcpdirect_9.0.0.9-1_amd64.deb
inflating: tcpdirect-9.0.0.9-ChangeLog.txt
inflating: tcpdirect-9.0.0.9-LICENSE.txt
inflating: tcpdirect-9.0.0.9-ReleaseNotes.txt
Latest push documents the approach-specific package dependencies.

I see a new Jira issue appearing in my crystal ball!
I suggest for a future revision we perhaps drop the talk about onload-devel and onload-user packages. The install process does rather scream about the dependencies needed anyway.
We already have too many places where I think this information can easily go out-of-sync.
The existing instruction were sufficient for those cases, and the only new one is DEB packaging AFAIK.
