Code related to the following issues should not be included in tests, IF distro-support related updates are done first .... i dont want to keep distro related support issues open, over stuff i am redoing anyway.

Retesting functions but overall support is tested and a "pass"

Reopening just because i forgot to verify the separate "install third parry repo" (packman) step

in addition to that test the system tools software installs and the issue https://github.com/Xmetalfanx/linuxSetup/issues/309 here about OcenAudio ... i want to VERIFY this before closing this issue again
