Switch crashes on boot with uLaunch

After installing (via homebrew market or manual installation from github) uLaunch i got this error. i use kefir 452, hekate (in case of this error i reinstalled kefir to ver 453 from base: deleted all folders expt emummc and nintendo.), i recreated emummc. i use fat32 and extfat. same. i used 2 different sd cards. also i have trouble with starting Archive Arcade games and Death Coming game. AA game starts, but then i press play original mode - it got error: " program closed due to error" (it could say some different in english, but language on my console is not english, and i just translated). May be it could be connected troubles.

i would also like to know how to fix this problem it happened to me too i deleted the new ulaunch and tried to install the old one to see if that worked and it brought me to the login screen and then showed me a different error when logging in but i got this same one originally

I am also having this issue. On version 2 of ulaunch with atmosphere I can get it to the account screen and then it crashes. On the 2.1 release I am having the same error as you. My guess is it is an issue with the exprefs file or a compatibility problem. Please help resolve this bug devs so I can use your software

Being a smartass gets you nowhere, if they wanted to compile they could, they are sending in reports for the latest version to be updated.

Same problem here. I could try to compile it, but is this still being developed? @XorTroll can we get this compatible again? Perhaps add this as a package suggestion to SDsetup when it runs?

I know, but it’s broken, people can’t boot their switch custom OS with this app

That's just a fact of life when it comes to custom firmware, bugs happen. Hence the reason most cfw come with ways to turn off modifications temporarily

i fixed the problem. delete uLaunch from your device download the new version of kefir and then make a fresh install of uLaunch EDIT: i'm on firmware 10.0.4

Not sure if that work cause mine just does black screen when I use it on kefir with ulaunch and kefir is a all in one cfw package that's got better things then other all in one cfw packages

I tried 0.21 from store - same error. Fresh installation of Kefir 490. Fw 11.0.1. Still want ulaunch, but can’t get in :)

0.2 works on latest firmware 0.2.1 does not. @XorTroll seems to have broke something in 0.2.1

It would be good if you looked at the release date of 0.2.1 It was release end of 2019 How would that have 11.x support? If you want to use uLaunch on that firmware, go to the discord server of XorTroll

But I used 0.2.0 on 11.x. It works. On 10.x it crashes after the user selection screen as shown previously in this issue but it seems to no longer be an issue on 11.x

Same for me. I tried installing Kefir, and all I ended up with was a better version of Atmosphere, but no fix

This issue is older, but right now uLaunch needs to be recompiled to support 16.0.0, wait for it

i have a thing can work with kerif updater you can downgrade your switch to ver 15 so i think it work in thar version
