not all switch settings are accessible #135

it would be better and more efficient to have a button on the home menu that just brings you to the switch settings, because the settings that are accessible with ulaunch are only a select few. if this would be fixed in the next update, i would appreciate it. thanks!

Switch settings is not a separate applet which can be launched like the web browser of the user menu.
