Just enforce a issues template, so everyone using it will be forced to fill everything before submitting. I've seen this issue before.

Well, I'm not totally sure myself... But I do believe this is true from reading this issue.

Yes, the issue template would show up as boxes you had to fill before the create issue button would even work. The reason Atmosphere has a issue with it still is they haven't gotten around to enabling the enforcement since it takes some work and other things have priority to them

Interesting. You have to code it in? Or is there some application with it that you can use?

No, its built into github, its just not a priority for them right now as the only issues they have 95% of the time is people blowing away the prefilled template and writing whatever they want, which gets immediately closed after they are told to go back and fill out the template
