Some board skins do not have names in English

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click "Create new board" in Board administration.
2. Scroll to "Themes" to choose a skin.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When clicking the select dropdown, 6 options appear, but two of them do not 
have names (appear as blank space). I believe this is because they are only 
defined in Korean.
