External DNS management integration (specifically Unbound and DigitalOcean) #10

PowerDNS is nice, but I like the big boys at DigitalOcean managing my DNS for me. DO has a robust API. It should not be too hard to provide an option for DO integration that augments the current domain management functionality where possible, adds anything that's missing, and disables the rest.

Also, I have Unbound installed and it is immensely useful, especially as a replacement for /etc/hosts. Let's see if we can't manage Unbound from CP and/or call out to another open source solution that already provides a decent UX for this.

I also like buying domains that correspond to app ideas, and pouncing on certain domains that become available. Perhaps integration with Namecheap/Spaceship/GoDaddy registrar APIs is in order. And https://tld-list.com too if they have an API.
