LSAPI_CHILDREN defaults should likely be adjusted #54

LSAPI_CHILDREN=30 => LSAPI_CHILDREN=30 Max Connections: 10 => Max Connections: 30

Perhaps make it easy within CP to adjust these values, and recommend it if the server has 2+CPUs or >4GB RAM
