Problems downloading articles from pubmed or europePMC

issues with PubMed

PubMed only shows the first 90,000 search results.
certain filters such as open access with a little supplementary are not displayed in the PubMed advanced search function.
only allows downloading accessions but the accessions were in pmid instead of pmcid
PubMed doesn't provide an API to directly download the full text
PubMed provides software for downloading a data but it's very difficult to understand and it's not reliable and the documentation is ultra long.
