allow to modify from Todo page #5

I don't think I can accommodate to modify both habits and tasks, so make it just modify the first one.

For simplicity, and to avoid duplication, I may initially make it such that one can only modify tasks from this page (not habits).

Can modify task or habit, just needed a dispatch function and use PRG pattern: c904647f9b42875579a092bb50dd38919c70eda7
