Slave Version #15

Create a "slave" STAC version that connects via the HY2.0 interface on the ATOM. Slave unit would use a 4-pin HY2.0 interface cable to receive power and data from the "master" (standard STAC w/ added HY2.0 interface output).

Slave unit would have T and C modes & brightness select. No need for WiFi, tally channel select ST server connect, etc.

Implemented in version 1.10. Decided there was no need fo the slave (peripheral) STAC to operate in C mode. Details in the User Guide.
