Spaces return as '+' in SSID and Password fields #26

A space entered the SSID and Password fields of the configuration form is returned from the browser POST request as '+' character. The decode URL function does not convert this back to a space, thus the SSID or password information is not stored correctly.

Added check in decodeURL to flip '+' back to ' '.
