Post endpoint for signups #28

I'm near completion on a steambot for Midair that will allow users to retrieve server and pug stats in a similar fashion to Xenia.

It would be awesome if users of the steam bot could sign up for one of Xenia's pugs. The steambot would have access to the steam profile of said user so that their steam name can be passed along to you via a post request.

@CrappyJSDev Not sure whether this is a good idea. Have posted on forums: https://forums.playmidair.com/threads/midair-pug-on-quakenet.499/page-7#post-11103 so you can go ahead and add your thoughts/ideas to the mix
