I kind of feel it's not worth the effort to make sure the tooltip is visually the same as the Kick tooltips. Once we've implemented the proper full chat system all these visual differences will be gone anyway because there'll be no more mixing of native Kick elements and NTV elements.
But I'll leave it open incase anyone wants to contribute and fix it.
