Alternate Take On A Replay Refactor #864

Mainly to provide a contrasting perspective (unless we decide to roll with it):

Deprecates prior replays (though they will still appear in the menu)
Utilizes the now split ReplayInfo & ReplayData types from the inner Core refactor to read and collect files. Removes the ReplayEntry type.
Consolidates ReplayViewType to handle both replays and gamerecords
