What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Disabling "Firefox 4+ Titlebar" and "Standard Caption (Titlebar)" for all or
some windows sizes.
2. Afected windows will show titlebar button box misaligned, as seen in the
captures attached.
What is the expected output?
Properly aligned buttons
What do you see instead?
Misaligned buttons.
What version of "Hide Caption Titlebar Plus" addon are you using?
2.6.0
What version of Firefox?
15.0a1 nightly 32-bit for win.
On what operating system?
Win7
There's some other visual styles active, but they're not interfering with the
results. Also I've made a userstyle (Stylish needed) to fix this issue:

About the attachments, the first 3 are my HCTP settings, the following 4 are
captures of the titlebar button boxes for maximized, restored (unmaximized),
and fullscreen not hovered on top, and hovered on top windows... and the rest
(attachments 8 to 13 both included) are with the userstyle fix applied, for the
maxized window, the restored one, and the fullscreen: not hovered, hovered top
(not button area), hovered only button area, and hovered top then button area,
in this order.
