What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install Firefox 13 update

What is the expected output?
the small close minimize and maximize buttons in the top right corner

What do you see instead?
Both the small buttons and Firefox's native but button above, and it pushed 
everything back down a quarter inch that this plug-in was saving

What version of "Hide Caption Titlebar Plus" addon are you using?
2.6.0 I think

What version of Firefox?
13

On what operating system?
Windows 7
