Conflict with Tab Mix Plus 0.4.0.2 #201

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Check in the Hide Caption Titlebar Plus Options that "Drag Fx window using 
Tab-bar background" is enabled (by default).
2. Install Tab Mix Plus 0.4.0.2 
(https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/tab-mix-plus/)
3. Go in the Tab Mix Plus Options, next go "Display -> Tab Bar". Switch 
"Position" to "Bottom (below content)". Click Ok to close Option window.
4. Try move Fx window using Tab-bar.

What is the expected output?
The Fx window should move.

What do you see instead?
The Fx window is not moving.

What version of "Hide Caption Titlebar Plus" addon are you using?
2.6.0

What version of Firefox?
11, 13.0.1 

On what operating system?
Win XP SP3

There was no problem with early versions of Tab Mix Plus like 0.3.8.7 and below.
