Disabling caption buttons not working correctly

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Disabled the standard windows caption buttons.
2. Clicked on the area where the windows caption buttons would have been

What is the expected output?
The area where the standard windows caption buttons would have been should not 
act like the buttons are not present.
What do you see instead?
The area still acts as if the buttons are still present, even though they are 
no longer visible. The area is still "hot" with the windows buttons, even 
though the area now has the icons of the add-ons that i have got installed.

What version of "Hide Caption Titlebar Plus" addon are you using?
2.7.2

What version of Firefox?
Nightly (19a1)

On what operating system?
Windows 7 x64

The issue is present in Windows 7 x64, though it works correctly in XP PRO 
32bit with the Nightly version of Firefox.
