I am using an addon called 'Stratiform', in tandem with 'Tabs always in
titlebar' addon. I am ignoring Stratiform's 'move tabs into titlebar in a
normal (restored) window' option for now, because no matter what I set that as
in the menu or in about:config, I am still left with a gap. Here are the
results:

When the FireFox windows is non-maximized:
- Using "Stratiform" to change the tab height (when various userchrome edits
didn't work) from the default 26 to 21, this took away the padding from
underneath the firefox button and the min/max/close buttons.
- Using "Tabs Always In Titlebar" and setting the about:config >
extensions.tabsalwaysintitlebar.distance to '-1' I can completely get rid of
any border on top of the tabs.

When the FireFox windows is maximized:
The border underneath the firefox button reappears, as does the border on top
of the tabs.
When Using Hide Caption Titlebar Plus In addition to the two addons
above:
Smaller System border is set to 'yes, -7 px'. This pretty much solves the issue
of the window boarder getting thicker when the screen is non-maximized. Thank
you very much.
However I want to use Hide Caption Titlebar Plus to force the
Maximized/FullScreen Window to respect the top edge margin position (the tabs
in titlebar distance from top of window) setting of -2. Currently the option is
greyed-out and says it does not work in full screen mode.
Problems I have now are:
1 - Padding to the right of the FF button before tabs begin.
2 - Padding to the left of the min/max/close buttons, which makes the new tab
button not fit next to them.
3 - When maximized the border underneath the firefox button and on top of tabs
reappears.
