[Fx ESR 24.5] Firefox button reappears

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.When browser is maximized, small button appears
2.When browser is "restored," large button appears

What is the expected output?
No button. This is my setting, which was effective until now.

What do you see instead?
As above.

What version of "Hide Caption Titlebar Plus" add-on are you using?
2.7.3

What version of Firefox?
ESR 24.5. Same problem with ESR 24.0

On what operating system?
Win7

Hi!

Could you please test it with last version 2.8.2 and see if it works? (It's 
working here with Fx ESR)
If not, you can even test with a newer TEST version here:
