Chrome no longer allows this plugin

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run chrome with new update
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

chrome will disable the plugin

What version of the user script are you using? On what browser(please
include version number of browser)?

1.0 and newest chrome

Please provide any additional information below.

It needs to be put into the chrome store.

Let me add onto this by saying that it works as long as you don't close Chrome, 
but will automatically become disabled upon restarting.

Chrome doesn't support .js files as those get disabled but .crx files are 
supported and work fine, the plugin just needs to be rewritten to be a .crx 
download instead of .js.
