Thank you for your interest in our work. Yes, we use mumax3 to generate the micromagnetic configurations, and extract the mz component for the training images. There is also image processing done afterward to convert the image into black-white. Due to prevailing intellectual property policies of our institutes, we are unfortunately unable to publicly provide any source code. However, our simulation is quite standard and most of the details, such as geometry and parameter range, can be found in the Methods section of our paper at https://doi.org/10.1021/acsami.3c12655. Please take a look and let us know if there are specific aspects of the code or methodology that you would like further clarification on.
Thank you very much for providing the MFM dataset for ML. However, what I am more curious about is the methodology used to create this dataset. Did you use micromagnetic simulation software such as oommf or Mumax3 to generate the data? If so, could you please share the corresponding code and simulation parameters? I would be very grateful.
