Add new integration: Prometheus exporter #118

It adds a link to the YOURLS Prometheus exporter. It allows people to monitor their YOURLS instances with Prometheus.

I also reserved a port on the Official list of Exporter ports.

Thanks! I am still in the discovery phase of Helm so I am afraid I will not be able to add this in the near future (but I am definitively interested in developing it some day 😊)
