Make it cross platform! #1

This needs to be cross-platform. Port this app to electron so I can use this application on any platform.

Well if someone is far more versed with developing in electron, that would be great. But imma keep it real, I'm not gonna touch JS.

Not to mention that the entire point of making it cross-platform is moot. Since if one were to actually use the program, they would need to be having some form of a Windows environment already. Seeing how Valorant is (at the moment) a Windows only game
