Think about adding fwd header #104

Description

If the library will stop being a single header then it's an interesting idea to provide some minimalistic header that should be enough to be used in user code headers with declaring some signal and event fields. Maybe it doesn't needed.

Not needed while library stay single-header. Reopen once it is not true
