A wood fed engine that keeps the station from getting cold. If it runs out of fuel, the entire station should slowly let the cold seep in (Special airlock code maybe?)

TODO:

[x] Machinery that takes wood and burns it
[x] Get all airlocks on Cryogaia z levels only A way to detect only relevant z levels the machine is mapped on?)
[x] Airlocks heat transfer
[ ] Disable Air Alarms / APCs thermostat from working when engine is off

also make it so the colony air alarms cant heat air without the heat engine being online.
