Chrome won't let me activate it because i sideloaded it. #2463

So apparently chrome doesn't allow me to activate the dev build as i sideloaded it.

This shouldn't be an open issue here as this is a VERY well known CHROME issue regarding sideloading ANY crx's......and it's been this way for YEARS. In addition, this works JUST FINE in Chrome if you take the time to read the instructions and load it in the supported manner via Tampermonkey in Chrome - I run it and have without (major) issues for years. Save the author the headache of having to maintain erroneous GH issues and close this as all this does it take away his time from dealing with valid ones.

I have searched for a long time and I still can't anything about how to install it on chrome! I can't find a wiki that explains it, I can't find anybody with the same problems as me. I don't understand programming and no indication as to what I'm supposed to do are on the download or FAQ pages. I have this .crx file, great, now what do I do with it? Chrome says no, and I have no clue how to use Tampermonkey. Help me.
