Radial menu randomly stops working on both hands #1984

Describe the bug?

I recently encountered an issue where my radial menu would stop working on both controllers until I respawned.

A friend of mine encountered the same bug. (I'm waiting for log files from them)

To Reproduce

Currently, I don't know what caused the issue I was building in a grid space world when I first noticed it. I also encountered this issue when editing an object in my cloud home.

The components I remember editing when this was encountered were the LookAtUser component, AutoLookAtUser, and the PositionAtUser components.

I am not certain that this is the cause of the issue but the items we were interacting with at the time (to my knowledge) both had these components or said components where being edited.

Expected behavior

The radial menu should not stop working.

Hmm, I had something similar yesterday, where my radial menu stopped working on just one hand, but it also took my jump/secondary and my movement on the same hand, so I assumed I somehow equipped an invisible tool.

Tracking was working on the affected controller, and the Dash button did work too. Everything else on the controller seemed to cease reacting to my inputs until I respawned.

I see some stack tracer mentioning the radial menu starting from line 3158, soon after I joined the Creator Jam session, when this issue happened for me.
