Did you have any specific Resonite examples you wanted to call attention to in particular, @epicEaston197?
I don't really understand this issue as most settings like that are placed directly next to / in the same grouping as whatever toggles their ability to be edited/clicked.

I don't really understand this issue as most settings like that are placed directly next to / in the same grouping as whatever toggles their ability to be edited/clicked.
For example the online status setting is red and there's nothing telling me that I need to switch "Remember last status" to a different value to be able to modify it
Resonite doesn't have this problem for the most part which is really good
another one is the desktop render settings most of these are disabled when in VR mode due to the VR SDK and there's no notice telling you so
but i do think most of these issues could be resolved just by better settings placement and UX this is just more of an ideal I wanted to get off my head
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In your settings menu there are some settings that are highlighted red and cannot be configured there is nothing telling the user why they can't configure these settings and what they can do to make them configurable this can lead to unnecessarily frustrating the user
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like a bit of text saying why the setting is disabled and actions the user can take to be able to configure the setting again
Describe alternatives you've considered
Documenting why these settings are disabled and the ways to make them configurable again via the wiki
Additional Context
for example steel series GG has a category in the moments settings called "capture and sound" under audio there is a "microphone input" option but it's grayed out and I was really frustrated because my clips don't have my microphone audio
and i'm not told why i can't switch the microphone input but turns out you have to go back to the main moments menu and turn on "mic capture" nowhere it told me to do that and I was unnecessarily frustrated
in this example a tiny bit of text at the bottom of the option saying "mic capture disabled" would have immediately cleared it up
