Rework streaming camera UI to modular facets

Currently the streaming camera controls are using outdated UI, that doesn't fit well with Resonite's modular facet UI system and general approach to modularize the pieces of the UI.

Describe the solution you'd like

Rework components for streaming camera controls to be more modular, allowing content team (and the community) to produce facets and allowing users to place those on the dash or the avatar facet anchors.

This would include:

• Components to proxy the current camera mode and parameters
• Accessing the camera preview texture when it's on
• Ability to toggle the camera on and off easily
• Data Feeds for anchors in worlds (to generate UI to be able to switch between them)
• Methods to create/modify the camera anchors
• Splitting out OBS controls into its own modular UI pieces
• Splitting out Twitch to its own modular UI pieces
• Data feed for users in the session accessible in the userspace (to allow for focusing camera on the users and so on) - this would actually be used also for reworking the session UI
• And more (we'll have actual design phase for this, this is just writing out stuff off the top of my head)

This looks like an interesting change! A few qus:

• Is the idea that the actual InteractiveCamera will still live in world space but these new features would improve the ability to control it from Userspace?
• Do you expect that the new Data Feeds you mention would also work in world space? I suspect I wouldn't be able to re-create all of the current multi-cam switcher functionality in Userspace, but some of those feeds might be useful to me in world space.

When you get to the design phase, consider reaching out to the Metamovie crew. I'm sure Carlos, Jason and the rest of the camera team would be very happy to discuss our workflow.

Some initial thoughts:

• It would still be useful to have the stream cam functionality as its own discrete control panel separate from the rest of the dash / existing hand / face anchors as depending on the user- this functionality will likely not be needed constantly- but only occasionally
• This could possibly tie in to the previously discussed concept of "settings profiles" based on various criteria, e.g. building vs socializing vs streaming, etc. users will have need for different facets depending on the environment they're in and could have separate arrangements based on need / use-case
• This could also be handled by allowing the creation of arbitrary additional facet containers in the playspace that can be moved / operated independently from the dash / existing avatar anchors
• It will likely be desirable to have a mechanism that allows other users to control the capture / framing of the stream camera so trusted operators can control the camera independently from the user that is capturing / streaming so they can focus on their performance
